Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is Tirlán (“Tirlán”) having its principal place of business at Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny, R95 DXR1(the “Promoter”).
To be eligible to enter the Avonmore Super Milk competition (the “Promotion”), entrants must be a) over 18 years of age; and b) a resident of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Directors, officers, employees, contractors or agents of Tirlán and its affiliates, their immediate family members or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion opens on Monday 19 February 2024 and closes on Sunday 31 March 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
Entries received after the end of the Promotional Period will not be entered.
The Promoter has the right to extend the Promotional Period.
The Promoter and its associated companies reserve the right at any time to verify the eligibility of participants.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
To be entered into the Promotion, eligible entrants must:
purchase anyone of Avonmore’s Super Milk ‘ 5 Sunshine Getaways to be Won! ’ promotional packs;
visit the competition page at www.avonmore.ie/supermilk;
submit your full name, email address and phone number, along with the 6-figure batch code from the top of your participating Avonmore Super Milk carton;
answer the question posted on the competition page, being:
“Who would you bring with you if you won this holiday and why?”confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion
Only one entry per person per day is permitted
The Prize is a €4,000 holiday voucher from Sunway Holidays (the “Prize”). The holiday voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. There are 5 prizes to be won. The holiday must be booked directly with Sunway head office, Marina House, Clarence Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The booking must be made in accordance with Sunway’s terms & conditions which can be located at https://www.sunway.ie/bookform.asp. Vouchers are valid for use for a period of 5 years from the issue date.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
All valid entries will be judged on the basis of the most captivating and heartfelt/sincere answer, in order to select the Winner. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with any person about the choice of the Winner.
The Winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided when entering the Prize draw. In the event that the Winner does not reply to the email or answer the call by the Promoter within 28 days to claim their prize, it will be deemed to have been forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from valid entries at the Promoter’s discretion. An announcement of the Winner’s name will be made by the Promoter on social media and/or on www.avonmore.ie/supermilk.
Prize winners are subject to a full verification process.
Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed to be full and unconditional understanding and acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made by a third party or via automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.
Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize.
The allocation of the Prize will be to individual only. No syndicates or groups will be eligible to enter this Promotion.
Proof of entering is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for non-, or late receipt of any entry, due to operator or network error or for any associated cost to participants.
Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
Any personal data that you provide shall be used by Tirlán solely in connection with this Promotion and for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions. Tirlán may disclose your personal data to its authorised agents and service providers (including but not limited to Goosebump LTD ) in connection with such purposes. The Promoter will only use your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and in accordance with our privacy policy. By entering this Promotion, the Winner hereby acknowledges that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name, image and/or statements made by the entrant concerning the Promotion and/or their Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter the specifications of the Prize or offer alternative prize/s of equal value should those specified above be unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Specific Prize dates cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in this Promotion, they do so at their own risk. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person, entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with, this Promotion.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the Promotional Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from the use of any material in the Promotion.
Any person entering the competition or accepting or using any Prize, or any part thereof, agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promoter and each of their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in the competition or the acceptance or use or misuse of any Prize or any part thereof,.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct and may result in cancellation or disqualification and ultimately forfeiting the Promotion Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical or other difficulties outside its control, with no liability to entrants or third parties.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
