Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

Method:

  1. Stir melted chocolate through the Dulce de leche, spoon 2 tbsp. Dulce de leche into the bottom of the glasses
  2. Spoon 2 tbsp. whipped cream onto Dulce de leche
  3. Layer sliced banana on chocolate Dulce de leche
  4. Spoon approx. 1 tbsp. biscuits on top
  5. Repeat layers to fill the glass, finish with a cream layer
  6. Top with chocolate flakes

Ingredients

  • 8-10 oat biscuits, broken
  • 1 397g tin Dulce de leche
  • 2-3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tub Avonmore Freshly Whipped Cream
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 25g dark chocolate shavings
