Cottage Cheese, Smoked Salmon & Chive Jacket Potato

  1. Using a large knife, finely chop the smoked salmon.  
  2. In a large bowl combine the cottage cheese with the smoked salmon and chives.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon, season with salt & pepper and mix through.
  4. Serve over hot baked potatoes.


  • 1 Tub Avonmore Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Slice of Smoked Salmon
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Chives
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper
