Lactose Free Overnight Oats

Recipe cooking time


  1. Place the porridge oats in a mason jar and add the milk and honey or maple syrup.

  2. Close the jar and leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. Remove from the fridge and add your toppings.

  4. Can be eaten cold or heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.


  • 45g porridge oats
  • 125ml Avonmore Lactose Free milk
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup

Suggested toppings:

  • Blueberries, raspberries & flaked almonds
  • Apple, cinnamon & walnuts
  • Banana, nut butter & granola
