Oreo Cheesecake trifle


  1. Whisk together mascarpone and 4 tbsp. whipped summer cream. Mix through 6 tbsp. crushed Oreos.
  2. Spoon 1-2 tbsp. cheesecake mixture into the glass, top with crushed Oreos and 1 tbsp. chocolate sauce.
  3. Spoon 1-2 tbsp. whipped cream on top, top with some more crushed Oreos.
  4. Repeat until the glass is full finishing with a cream layer.


  • 1 pack Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 tub Avonmore Summer Whipped Cream
  • 250g mascarpone
  • Chocolate sauce
